Training

We offer regular, comprehensive training courses to ensure our products are used to optimal effect and to support our customers. The courses are run at our Runcorn training facility.

Returns policy

If our Technical Support team is unable to resolve a problem, our returns procedure offers a quick and efficient service.

For defects resulting from faulty components or workmanship 360 Vision Technology will provide:

•       Repair of product

•       Replacement of product with same or equivalent

Repairs

You will need the following information to return a product to 360 Vision Technology for repair:

•       Your company name and 360 Vision Technology Ltd account number

•       The product type and serial number

•       A detailed fault description

This information is logged by the Administrator and you will be issued with a returns authorization number. This returns number is valid for 14 days from date of issue. Please ensure the returns number is clearly marked on any packaging of the returning product. No product will be accepted back without a valid returns number. Items should be returned to:

This procedure is in place to assist our service team in carrying out a quick and efficient repairs.


Replacement

Product replacement with same or equivalent. Please ensure that you have the following information to hand:

•       Your company name and 360 Vision Technology Ltd account number

•       The product type and serial number

•       The original invoice number and date

•       The reason for requesting a credit return

This information is logged by the Administrator and if approved, you will be issued with a returns authorization number. This returns number is valid for 14 days from date of issue. Please ensure the returns number is clearly marked on any packaging of the returning product. No product will be accepted back without a valid returns number. Items should be returned to:

360 Vision Technology Ltd, Unit 7 Seymour Court, Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 1SY. The product will be fully assessed on its return to our premises. A credit note will be issued if the product is suitable for re-stocking and has all packaging, manuals and accessories included. The standard product warranty exclusions also apply to this policy. You will need to supply a new purchase order for the alternate or replacement product.


Warranty info

360 Vision Manufactured products
All 360 Vision Technology Manufactured Products (VisionDome, VisionMatrix, Predator, Black Hawk and VisionKeyboard range) are covered by a 3 year warranty

VisionDome is covered by a 3 year warranty providing the VisionDome is purchased in conjunction with a 360 Vision Power Supply unit. If a VisionDome product is not purchased in conjunction with a 360 Vision Power Supply Unit, the VisionDome will be supplied with a 2 year warranty.

Warranties exclude:

  • Damage resulting from negligence or misuse
  • Damage in transit
  • Use or storage outside environmental specification
  • Damage from external elements such as storms/lightning
  • Screen burn due to misuse such as excessive contrast setting
  • Wipers and wiper blades
