Q: Why can't I see any video images on my PC when it is connected to an Avalon Vision IP DVMS.

If you can connect to the DVMS but can't see video images on your PC, then you will need to update the Active X software on your PC. You can do this by uploading and installing up-to-date software using Internet Explorer.

Q: How do I address my dome using RS485 telemetry?

We use binary plus one to set the ID of the domes when using RS485 telemetry i.e. switch on the binary for one less than you need. For example, binary 12 is for camera 13.
